Lisa Ba, CPA, MBA

Lisa Ba is the Chief Financial Officer at Central California Alliance for Health, an award-winning, regional non-profit health plan serving 450,000 members across five counties with over $2.3 billion in revenue. With extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, Lisa has held leadership roles at various managed care organizations, including Molina Healthcare and AltaMed Health Services. Her deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem is complemented by her experience in diverse healthcare settings, such as health plans, independent physician associations, medical groups, and Federally Qualified Health Centers. Lisa is passionate about leveraging business analytics to manage patient populations, align financial and clinical expectations, and enhance organizational performance and patient outcomes. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from California State University, Los Angeles, and is an active Certified Public Accountant in California.
