Louis Gutierrez

Louis F. Gutierrez is an accomplished executive and employment law attorney with over 25 years of experience leading human resources and legal functions for major global organizations, including Paramount Global, The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros. Discovery, AltaMed Health Services, USC, and Los Angeles World Airports. He has driven human capital and organizational effectiveness initiatives, advising employees at all levels, including C-suite and board executives.

His expertise spans compensation, benefits, HR systems, talent acquisition, employee development, labor relations, employment law, risk management, and DEI. A member of the State Bar of California, he previously served on UnidosUS’s Corporate Board of Advisors and was named to Hispanic Business Magazine’s 100 Hispanic Influentials list.

Mr. Gutierrez and his wife, Judy, are passionate about education and co-founded St. Monica Academy in Montrose, CA. He holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA.
